What to include when you contact us
To help us give you an accurate quote and the right vehicle, it’s useful to share a few details:
- Date and pickup time, plus your flight number if you’re heading to or from an airport.
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, along with any stops in between.
- Number of passengers, including children who may need car seats.
- Luggage, especially oversized items like golf bags, skis or strollers.
- The occasion, whether it’s a business trip, a wedding or a night out, so we can tailor the experience.
- Any special requests, such as a preferred chauffeur, a particular vehicle or accessibility needs.
